§1 Organizer
Moving Adventures Medien GmbH, with its registered office in 80337 Munich, Thalkirchnerstr. 58, is organizing a wheel of fortune raffle and an online raffle. The raffles are in no way connected with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is neither a sponsor nor involved in any way in our raffles.
§ 2 Participation
Participation in the online raffle is free of charge and is reserved for persons of legal age who have an internet connection and an e-mail address. Employees of Moving Adventures Medien and other companies involved in the organization of the online raffle are not permitted to participate. By participating in the online raffle, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Any other form of participation is excluded.
§ 3 Access and duration
The giveaway is only accessible via the Internet at the following address: https://eoft.eu/win/25-years-adventure-boxes. The online raffle starts on 13.05.2026 and runs until 10.06.2026 inclusive. The draw for the giveaway will take place after 11.06.2026. The prizes will be drawn from all participants who have confirmed their e-mail address and receipt of the EOFT newsletter. The winners will be informed of their prize by e-mail in mid of June 2026. The winners must get back to the e-mail address provided by Moving Adventures Medien as contact no later than 1 week after notification of the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
If the games or circumstances so require, the organizer reserves the right to postpone, change, cancel or renew the games. The organizer cannot be held liable for any of these cases.
§ 4 Conditions of participation
Participation in these raffles is voluntary. Only one entry per person/household is possible.
§ 5 Participation in the raffles
Participants must enter the raffles between 13.05. - 10.06.2026.
§ 6 Determination of the winner
The prizes of the giveaway will be drawn from all participants who have subscribed to the EOFT newsletter, confirmed their e-mail address and took part in the giveaway. The winners of the prizes will be informed of their prize by e-mail in mid of June 2026 by e-mail address given as contact. The winners must get back to the e-mail address provided by Moving Adventures Medien as contact no later than 1 week after notification of the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

§ 8 Prize Distribution
The winners of the online raffle will receive all necessary information by e-mail.
§ 9 Liability and applicable law
The legal process is excluded. Moving Adventures Medien cannot be held liable for possible disturbances of the internet or the corresponding links, which occur due to unauthorized access to data or illegal actions, which in turn cause disturbances of the administrative process, security and order of the raffle. Moving Adventures Medien also cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions or loss of e-mails. Moving Adventures Medien cannot be held liable for internet congestion, the quality of the internet users' equipment, nor the quality of the internet connection and resulting delays in transmission. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
